About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from and use of Noble Frags at NobleFrags.com. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Contact NobleFragranceGroup@gmail.com with questions.

Independent retailer

Noble Frags is an independent fragrance retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially authorized by the fragrance brands featured on this website unless expressly stated otherwise. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the fragrances offered.

Product descriptions and decants

Our decants are independently transferred by Noble Frags from original fragrance bottles into smaller containers. They are not manufacturer-packaged samples or miniature bottles. Your purchase includes the volume and container described in the selected option; an original full-size bottle or manufacturer packaging is included only when expressly stated. Images of original bottles identify the fragrance and do not mean that bottle is included with a decant.

Read the selected size, concentration, condition, and packaging details before purchasing. Testers, unboxed items, or cosmetic imperfections are identified in the relevant listing. Scent perception, longevity, and projection vary between people and environments; descriptive notes and performance descriptions are guides.

Product safety

For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and irritated or broken skin. Keep away from flames, heat, children, and pets. Fragrances may cause skin sensitivity; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Follow applicable product warnings and seek medical advice for a concerning reaction. Store tightly closed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are presented at checkout. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Product availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it, offer an alternative with your agreement, or refund any payment for a canceled item. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Shipping, returns, and protection

Shipping and returns are governed by the linked policies. Any separately offered shipping protection is subject to the disclosed provider terms. Declining optional protection does not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Use of the website

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. Content owned by Noble Frags may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not itself mean that Noble Frags endorses an external service.

Customer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. Updated terms will be posted here with their effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to purchases already made.
