Shipping policy

Shipping availability and charges

Available destinations, delivery services, and charges are shown at checkout. Qualifying orders of $60 or more receive free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this free-shipping offer. A destination must have an eligible service available before we can ship there.

Processing and delivery

Any processing estimate stated with your purchase is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking details are sent when available. Creating a shipping label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. Carrier delivery estimates may change because of weather, holidays, or service disruptions. If we cannot meet a promised dispatch date, we will contact you about the delay and available options, including cancellation and refund when required.

Fragrance shipping restrictions

Alcohol-based fragrances require an eligible carrier service and appropriate packaging and markings. USPS shipments of alcohol-based perfume are sent using an eligible domestic ground service; we do not send perfume internationally through USPS. A checkout destination or rate does not override carrier restrictions. We will contact you if an order cannot be shipped using an eligible service.

Delivery address and signatures

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Some orders may require a delivery signature. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you about reshipping or refund options and any applicable costs. Costs caused by our error will not be passed to you.

Lost, damaged, or missing deliveries

Contact NobleFragranceGroup@gmail.com with your order number and details if a parcel goes missing, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item. Where safe, retain the item and packaging and photograph the parcel, label, packing materials, and damage. We will review the issue and help with a carrier investigation or applicable protection claim. A delivered tracking scan will be considered alongside other available evidence.

For a parcel marked delivered but not found, check the delivery location, household members, and neighbors, and contact us promptly. Claims may require additional information. We do not automatically reject a delivery problem solely because optional protection was declined.

Optional protection

If optional shipping protection is expressly offered with an order, the displayed provider’s coverage, eligibility, price, exclusions, and claim terms apply. This policy does not promise separate insurance, a fixed protection price, or coverage for every event. See our Shipping Protection information.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
