We stand behind the authenticity of the fragrances we sell. Our decants contain fragrance transferred from original bottles; they are not products manufactured by Noble Frags.
Know what you are buying
Our decants are independently transferred by Noble Frags from original fragrance bottles into smaller containers. They are not manufacturer-packaged samples or miniature bottles. Your purchase includes the volume and container described in the selected option; an original full-size bottle or manufacturer packaging is included only when expressly stated. Images of original bottles identify the fragrance and do not mean that bottle is included with a decant.
For full bottles, testers, or unboxed items, the product description identifies the condition and packaging included. Please read the listing before ordering.
Questions about your order?
If you believe an item is not authentic or does not match its description, contact NobleFragranceGroup@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the concern, and available photos. We will investigate and provide an appropriate refund or replacement if the product is found to be inauthentic or materially misdescribed. Scent perception, performance, and packaging can vary and are considered as part of the review.
